马睿,男,1986年12月生,青海西宁人,博士,教授,硕导。九三学社社员,青海大学伟德(Britain·bevictor)官方网站学术骨干,兼任青海大学农业农村部高原冷水鱼养殖与生态环境保护重点实验室副主任,青海省农牧业科技创新冷水养殖产业技术研发与水生生物保护平台副首席专家,中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料专业委员会委员,中国青年科技工作者协会会员,青海省青年联合会委员(兼任科学技术界别工作委员会副秘书长)。

隶属高原冷水鱼养殖与生态环境保护团队,重点围绕国家生态文明建设战略和区域发展需求,针对高原水生生态保护、高原冷水鱼养殖技术研发与应用、土著鱼类资源保护与恢复等关键需求,通过养殖模式创新与示范推广、营养调控技术研发、疫病监测与防治技术熟化、产品加工工艺优化和水质监测与评价体系建设,形成大水面网箱养殖和陆基养殖模式下的技术体系,全面实现高原冷水鱼养殖产业高效、可持续发展,使冷水鱼养殖产业成为青海省的支柱产业。同时,通过土著鱼类基本生物学特性研究和人工增殖关键技术研发,以及资源保护和恢复成效评价,全面促进土著鱼类保护和恢复。
